We are excited that you are taking this journey with us - whether you are simply curious, interested or just as ecstatic as we are to re-introduce reading as FUNdamental.

And that is true not only for kids. Reading for entertainment, to unwind, process, learn and grow is equally fundaMENTAL for adults. For some adults and kids alike, time and interest are our personal barriers. Let's find a way to change that. 

Here at The Book Spot, we recognize the importance of reading towards our growth and that of our young readers.  We also recognize that literacy is foundational and allows us to fully contribute ourselves to the world through our expressions. Consequently, we aim to promote literacy in our community and healthy conversations with themed Book Boxes and great books. 

While the inventory will reflect our picks and will be usually based on themes which generate productive engagement and thought, please feel free to let us know if you are looking for something in particular for yourself or someone else. We can put in a special order for you! Until then, please enjoy the selections added monthly to the online shop.
